The sensor Mat can be set to alert the carer either when pressure is taken off the mat (to alert when a person gets out of bed), or to alert when pressure is applied to the mat (when a person steps on the mat if it is placed on the floor). Dimensions of the sensor mat are 25cm x 76cm and the units measure 8 x 5.5 x 3 cm. Transmitter uses 1 x 9v and receiver uses 3 x AAA size batteries (not included).
